The Kids First license plate is $25 per year, in addition to the regular, annual registration fee. FACT receives $15 of the $25 fee to support family violence prevention and treatment efforts.
There are three other FACT plates, with a star, heart or hand symbol, which are also $25 per year. The revenue from the sale of these plates is split equally between FACT and the Virginia Department of Health’s Safe Kids Coalition.
